Village Green Subdivision offers beautiful homes and yards, social activities and attractive recreational facilities for more than 400 families.
Our subdivision has a number of recreational facilities. Residents enjoy two swimming pools, playgrounds, two sets of tennis courts, basketball courts, beautiful wooded play areas with playground equipment, picnic areas, a sand volleyball court, and a club house.
In addition to recreational swimming, swim lessons and a swim team are available. The Village Green Swim Team usually has over 200 swimmers each year.

Village Green is a beautiful subdivision located in West Knoxville just off of Campbell Station Road in Farragut, Tennessee. It is less than a mile from exit 373 (Campbell Station exit) of Interstate 40/75. We are approximately 15 miles from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and just a few minutes from Pellissippi State Community College
Residents enjoy proximity to parks, lakes and many Knoxville social and cultural activities. Within a few minutes drive VG residents may find grocery stores, craft and antique stores, restaurants, and gyms
In addition, a one hour drive brings VG residents close to the many trails and waterfalls of the Smoky Mountains and the entertainment and shopping of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
The VG Homeowners Association fee is collected annually. The funds pay for maintenance of the tennis courts and pools, life guards, mowing of public areas, street lights, social events, newsletter production, neighborhood garage sale publicity, etc.
