Gator Swim Team
The Village Green "Gator" Swim Team provides opportunities for boys and girls to have fun and to build self-confidence, endurance, self-discipline, and good sportsmanship through competitive swimming in a safe environment. The Gator Swim Team competes in the Greater Knoxville Area Interclub Swimming Association and is available to residents of Village Green and some non-residents on a space-available basis. All children between the ages of 5 and 18 who can swim 1-2 lengths of the pool are invited to join the team. Workouts are one hour in length (except for the older children), five days per week, beginning in June and ending in August.
